I greatly enjoyed my 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. The location in downtown Nashville is easy and exceptionally nice. The room had 2 beds, which was convenient.

Exceptionally clean room with 2 beds and with a lot of space. Easy, favourable location in the good area. 17 minutes drive to the airport.

Such great overall experience. Fairly clean, shopping hotel with very, very nice and outstandingly accommodating staff. Marvellous and easy location, a short walk to everywhere. New-fashioned rooms and nicely updated with extra pillows as well as an extra bedroom.

The hotel's location is great, right next to the railroad and just a mile away from a convenient Wendy's offering quick meals.

The staff was very attentive. The hotel is conveniently located, close to a performing arts theater. It's within walking distance to the city center.

This hotel is located in a great area for shopping, with bright and clean rooms equipped with extra towels, a coffee maker, and an additional bedroom, along with clean facilities.

This venue is conveniently located near Downtown Nashville, the friendly staff were always willing to assist, and the room with two comfortable beds was a highlight.

The hotel was quiet, we greatly enjoyed its friendly staff. The room was reasonably large, our beds were extremely comfy.

The value for the money was great, especially since they had a room that could fit all five of us. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and nicely updated. The staff treated us well and the location was convenient.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more options, especially considering the price we paid.

The place was clean and staff was amiable. Thoroughly enjoyed the new-fashioned queen room with 2 beds. The huge variety of food for breakfast was outstanding. The location was marvellous - not far from trains, and local restaurant options. Massage Envy Spa was only 1 mile away from the hotel.

my recent stay at holiday inn express in brentwood was exceptional. the staff was welcoming and the room was comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient. overall, a wonderful experience.

Breakfast options were repetitive.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there were enough mirrors. This was a handicapped room and even though I booked the room in advance, when I checked in I was told that it was one of the last rooms assigned that day. So there was a small mirror in the bathroom but nothing else to use to get dressed.
